Sridhar Pai founded Tonse Telecom in 2005 as a research and consulting services organization focusing on Indian telecom space. Tonse provides technology research, Investment Advisory and consulting services with a specific focus on the wireless sector. Immediately before Tonse, Sridhar was heading marketing for IntelliNet Technologies, a leading telecom signaling solutions specialist. Prior to Tonse, Sridhar helped found Xybridge, a pioneer in the mobile softswitch product category and was Director Marketing, based in US and India. Sridhar began his career with Motorola Codex, the WAN products group attached to the ISG division. Sridhar holds a BS from the University of Mysore in Telecommunications engineering and an MBA specializing in marketing from University of Oklahoma, USA.

Arun Kumar SB
Director Business and Strategy
Arun Kumar has about 18 years in the Indian telecom and IT industries driving business, sales and operations experience. Having worked in Wipro for over 5 years Arun helped Wipro to build telecom business in the early days. Most recently Arun was director global sales for an embedded software developer in Bangalore selling Bluetooth chipsets to mobile handset OEMs across the globe. Arun has a deep understanding and experience setting up and building large offshore centers. He manages Tonse’s business and strategy function.
